Cowgirl Hat with Chin Strap

Cowgirl hat is made of stiff black material with a velvet-like texture and features a black satin-like hatband and an adjustable stampede string chinstrap. Inside circumference measures approximately 23". Stands 5-1/2" tall. Measures approximately 15" front to back and 13-1/2" side to side.
