Lace trim petticoat with elastic waistband. Regular size measures about 14" long while lying flat, Plus size measures about 16" long. While lying flat, Plus measures about 14" across the waist (so 28" around), but does stretch quite a bit due to the elastic waistband. Please note that the middle section of this petticoat is a stiff mesh material.
