Petticoat with Black Ruffle Trim

High volume tutu style petticoat with ruffle trim. Petticoat has an elastic waist and five mesh layers with black trim on each. Top layer features a lace ruffle trim and measures 8-1/2" long. The second layer measures 7" and the bottom three layers measure 6" each. Great for adding volume to costumes with dresses or skirts!
