Felt Military Style Beret

Soft felt beret. Hat is adjustable via a drawstring in back. With the drawstring loose and untied the largest circumference of the head opening measures approximately 21-1/4". Hat stands approximately 3-3/4" tall. Diameter is 9". Costume sold separately, please see below.
