Returns Policy

Something Underneath Inc. wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, simply return your item within 30 days of the date your order was shipped for store credit, an exchange or refund. Because lingerie is delicate by nature, please read the following carefully:

  • Most items purchased from Something Underneath Inc. may be exchanged or returned, however please note that all sales are final on certain items. Due to Federal Law, any item covering intimate areas CANNOT be returned under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, bra sets (unless sealed separately), teddies and swimwear. Sales are also final on face masks, shapewear and opened prepackaged items such as hosiery and bodystockings. Please see the item's product page to determine if it is eligible for return/exchange.
  • Return merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original product packaging. No claims on used goods. This includes: soiled (with dirt, makeup, etc.), worn, damaged or laundered items, items with the tags removed, items that smell of perfume, smoke, or other odors, or items in otherwise used condition. Lingerie sets must be complete. Incomplete sets will not be accepted for return or exchange. Sets containing presealed underwear must include this packet still sealed.
  • Something Underneath Inc. reserves the right to refuse items for return or exchange that do not meet the above requirements. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
  • Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns or exchanges. Refunds requested for items that were shipped with free shipping are subject to a non-refundable handling fee up to $5.95. Costumes returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note these fees are waived for exchanges and store credit.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used during checkout.
  • Under rare circumstances, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 10 days after receipt of goods by contacting Customer Service. We will be happy to exchange your item free of charge.
  • Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if a requested item for an exchange is out of stock.
  • To initiate a refund or exchange, please print and fill out our Exchange/Return Form and include it with your return shipment. All returns and exchanges MUST include this form completed in its entirety. Send returns and exchanges to:

  • We strongly recommend returns be sent insured with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Upon arrival of your return and inspection of the item, we will contact you in regards to your request. Returns and exchanges take 3-5 business days to process once they reach our warehouse. Please remember it may take up to two billing cycles for your financial institution to post this information to your account.

Shipping And Delivery

At this time, Something Underneath Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, we ship merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. Shipping to other international locations may be made available in the future.

If placing a multiple item order, your order may arrive in more than one shipment depending on which warehouse has your items in stock. This ensures that you receive your items in the fastest possible manner.

We currently use the following shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS. We do not ship on weekends and major US holidays. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on these days as well, so please remember this when calculating the number of days your order will take to arrive. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Items in stock at our warehouse usually ship the same business day when ordered by 5PM Eastern Time. Special order items are usually processed within 1 business day.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-9 business days for in stock orders.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days to the Continental US for in stock orders placed by 12PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. Add $10.95 to standard shipping prices.

2-Day Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days to the Continental US for in stock orders placed by 12PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. Add $12.95 to standard shipping prices.

Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day to the Continental US for in stock orders placed by 12PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. Please note: Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Add $15.95 to standard shipping prices.

Please note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Also note that Express, 2-Day and Overnight Delivery cannot be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses.

Standard Shipping: Delivery to Canada may take up to 2-4 weeks for in stock orders due to customs regulations.

International Orders: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Backorders:

We strive to keep items listed on our site in stock at all times. In rare instances, you may place an order for an item that is out of stock before we have updated our site. In this case, you will be notified of the out of stock status and will have the choice between keeping the item on backorder or ordering a similar item.
