Little Mini Skirt with Pleats

Super sexy little mini skirt with a low waist and pleats. This fabric does have quite a bit of stretch to it. Also has an elastic waistband for quite a bit of stretch room around the waist. Top sold separately, please see below.

While lying flat, the S/M measures about 14.5" across the waist (29" around), and the M/L measures about 15" across the waist (30" around). Both measure about 8" long.
1X/2X measures about 15-1/2" across the waist (31" around) and 8-1/2" long. The 3X/4X measures about 18-1/4" across the waist (36.5" around) and 8-3/4" long.
