Plastic Costume Handcuffs

Plastic adjustable toy handcuffs with safety release button. Please note: these do not come with a key, you simply push the release lever down to open the cuffs. Cuffs measure about 3.5" from top to bottom of each cuff, and the inside diameter is about 2" at the standard adjustment. They can be adjusted smaller or larger from there. They measure about 10.5" end to end with the chain fully extended. Great accessory for Halloween costumes!
