Riveted Collar with Buckle Closure

A sassy little collar with rivets. Black with red stitching and buckle closure. 1" wide. While lying flat measures about: The collar portion only (not including the buckle) measures 19.75" long. There are holes out to 18.5" long measuring to the center of the hole. The adjustments look to be about .75" apart (center to center), so the next one down would be 17.75" long.
